Daryl Thompson of Dt Photography is a full time, wedding photographer, reputed for his quality of service, amazing eye for detail & his passion for telling the story of your wedding day with pictures.
His fusion of Contemporary, Reportage & Artistic photography styles are proving to be very popular with his discerning clients. This creative fusion allows him capture & convey all the love passion & emotion of your wedding day without impinging upon YOUR enjoyment of your wedding day & that of your guests.
With his fun, friendly, courteous demeanor; Daryl is the photographic director (not a photographic Dictator) you’ll want to book to photograph your wedding.
Daryl only accepts ONE wedding booking per day. The majority of Daryl's bookings come directly from client referrals or from wedding guests who have attended weddings he has covered.

ALL our Wedding Photography Packages include:
Your wedding consultation, to discuss your plans, timings, likes, dislikes, special requests & type of album or print presentations you would like after the wedding.
You get a FULL DAYS coverage, including your bridal preprations, your ceremony, reception & your first dance.
You get a pre-wedding photo shoot at your venue (a month before your wedding)
We make a 16x20" best wishes photo signature board for you, that your guests can write their best wishes on at your reception.
You also get our very popular: Happy couple photo keepsakes, enough for each of your guests (We put the address of your website gallery on the back of these, so your guests don't pester you for it after your wedding)
After your wedding we generally spend a two full days sorting, evaluating, framing and honing your images to perfection. We don't airbrush every image but we regularly remove visual distractions like traffic cones, interior emergency exit signage from images. We also add some artistic magic to a lot of your images too.
We then upload all these photos onto our website's wedding gallery to allow your guests to preview & purchase photos from your wedding day directly from us.
You get a personal preview disc with a slideshow of all your wedding day photographs on it, to allow you to choose your favourites for your album.
After your wedding, you'll get a 26 page, A4 photo cover, (hardback) storybook wedding album. As it takes a full days to assemble your album. (It is valued at £350). We include one hour album review session in case you want any modifications to your album layout before it's printed.
Once your happy with your album ....
We print 3 copies... because we include 2 extra copies of your album in our wedding packages so that you can give copies to your parents or friends. (If you need any more copies, they start at £100)
We work hard to make booking with us simple.
Our Monday to Friday Ceremonies start at £750 & include all the above.
Our Saturday & Sunday Ceremonies start at £850 & include all the above.
Our Bank Holiday Ceremonies start at £1150 & include all the above.
If you want to add more pages to your storybook album we charge £10 for each extra A4 page that you want to add.
If you want to choose a different album presentation from our range of albums to suit your individual own style, you can. The storybook album included in your package is valued at £350, so we simply, discount this value off your chosen album & you pay the difference.
2. Book yourself a FREE wedding photography consultation.
You can visit us, or we can visit you at a time that's convenient ! We like to meet people & we love to listen to your wedding plans & then discuss how we can help you to make your wedding day extra special !
Your NOT obliged in any way to book us at this wedding photography consultation & we don't pressurise people into signing on the line either.
3. Your Wedding Photography Deposit.
As we operate a first come first served policy! If you like us & want to book us for your wedding photography you need to pay a £150 deposit to secure us for your day.
We will talk you through our Terms & Conditions, which outline EXACTLY what's included & what we have agreed to for your wedding day photography. when we're both happy, we both sign these & we both keep a copy.
4. Your Pre Wedding Photography session & Balance Payment.
The next time we meet up, it will be about ONE month before your wedding date. Usually at one of your venues, to have some pre-wedding, fun photography. This allows us all to scout the location together & discuss your focused plans.
At this meeting, we also require you to pay the outstanding balance of your chosen photography package & album combination as we agreed in our terms & conditions.
We select photos from this pre-wedding photography session to make up your Best Wishes signing board & the wedding picturecard keepsakes for your guests. These will be displayed at your reception venue on your wedding day.
Photo Re-Touching Don't worry about spots or people blinking on your best photos, we can photo re-touch them for you. Free on large prints, canvas or artblocks.
